Discord Rules

List of Violations
  1. Offensive, inappropriate words and deeds not allowed
    1. No trolling, religious/political discussion, sexism, discrimination, racism or other disruptive behaviour. Failure to comply will get you warned and/or muted. Persistent misbehaviour will lead to a permanent ban.
    2. Attacking or harassing members will be subject to disciplinary action.
    3. No offensive or inappropriate nicknames or profile pictures which include:  blank, invisible, special characters, emoji, or bot names.
    4. No NSFW posts (including text descriptions and images) that contain gore, partial nudity/pornography, or disturbing images. 
    5. No impersonating Community Managers, or any other users of the discord server.
    6. No Swearing or insulting in public channels or via private messages.
  2. Do not SPAM, or post nonsense
    1. No excessive amounts of: messages, emojis (4 per message max), attached files, pings/mentions, reposting memes, etc. 
    2. Suggestions that are only complaints/full of curse words with no constructive content will be removed promptly.
  3. Use the appropriate channel
  4. No scamming— scam links, IP grabber, etc.
  5. Do not promote any kind of cheats or hacks.
  6. No advertising
    1. Promoting other games (including sharing videos/screenshots) is prohibited. You may talk about other games but do not encourage other people to play it.
    2. No selling of accounts.
    3. No advertising of your social media pages.
    4. Do not advertise your YouTube channel unless it is strictly related to our game. If your content is strictly related to our game, only promote it in the appropriate channel videos-streams.
    5. Promoting other discord servers is not allowed.
  7. No URLs or non-TWD: S related videos (except for gifs or memes in the appropriate channels gifs-only off-topic-memes)
List of Punishments

Upon violations of server rules, you will receive an official warning. Every 3 warnings you will receive a temporary mute that will increase in duration according to your previous infractions. 

Mute duration will increase as follows:

1 hour, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days 

Past the 7 day mute if you continue to break server rules you will banned from the server permanently.

Note: The punishment may vary depending on the severity of your offense.

In Game Rules

List of violations

The behaviour listed below is considered as a Code of Conduct violation and will be punished. The list is not exhaustive, we reserve the right to deal with any other forms of misconduct no matter where it appears. If you come across a player(s) with the following misconducts, you should report them to in-game Customer Support or/and Moderator.

  1. General misconduct in state/clan/personal chat (offending/threatening other players and spoiling their game experience)
  2. Spam and advertising (including links to 3rd party apps/platforms)
  3. Hate speech and any form of discrimination (racial, sexual etc.)
  4. Phishing for personal info (any kind)
  5. Defaming people or groups of people publicly
  6. Sharing other player’s private information publicly
  7. Improper naming (both for players and clans)
  8. Any form of inappropriate content (sexual, violence etc.)
  9. Impersonating the developers or moderators
  10. False reports

Players found to breach any of the above-listed misconducts will face actions including but not limited to:

  • Mod warning (for minor infractions)
  • Temporary mute
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Banning/removal from owned social media pages/Discord server.

You can report a misconduct through in-game Customer Support (Settings – “Customer Support” button) or by clicking on a player’s message in game chat and selecting “Report this message/Report avatar”. In addition, you can report any misconduct to your Region Moderator – your report will be forwarded to us.

Below are some key pieces of information that typically get brought up regarding the terms of the game.

Anything in blue is a breakdown on what the Terms of Service means.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be a natural person, at least 18 years old. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the closing of your Account and the loss of all Virtual Items accumulated through your use of the Service.

General Rules of Conduct and Usage

You specifically agree that you shall not:

Download the Application, create an Account or access or use any part of the Service if you are under the age of 18

If younger than 18, your account can be deleted and no refunds issued. 

Attempt to use the Service on or through any platform or service that is not authorized by COMPANY;

You should be using only an Android Device or iOS Device. Specifically via Google Play, App Store and App Gallery ONLY. This means third party emulators and sideloaded installations are not supported or authorised.

Post, upload, publish, submit, provide access to or transmit any User Content that:

(i) infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
(ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability;
(iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive;
(iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
(v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group;
(vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; or
(vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;

Don't post anything that's copyrighted and make sure posts are safe for work, not racial, pornographic etc. Clean content only.

Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files or data, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Service or the computers of other users of the Service;

Don't post, share or distribute viruses etc.

Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, e-mail, junk mail, spam, chain letters or other form of solicitation;

This is a catch all for anything spam related, including spam messages themselves and anything that could be advertising.

Create false personas, multiple identities, multiple Accounts, set up an Account on behalf of someone other than yourself or otherwise attempt to override or avoid any Loyalty Points or Rewards limits or restrictions established by COMPANY and/or any Rewards Partner;

Technically, you shouldn't have more than one account. You can have multiple games on one account (as its set up for you) but they state here you can't have more than one account (this would include farm accounts)

Create, distribute, use, or publicly inform other members of cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third party software or applications;

Exploit, distribute or publicly inform other users of the Service of any game error or bug which gives users an unintended advantage;

Don't share any hacks or bugs you've found that give an advantage. You're better to record it and send to customer services directly. (Ask for reward, most companies give rewards)

Use Virtual Items in a manner that violates these Terms, including transferring or selling Virtual Items or fraudulently obtaining or acquiring Virtual Items or other products or services;

Sublicense, rent, lease, sell, trade, gift, bequeath or otherwise transfer your Account or any Virtual Items associated with your Account to anyone without COMPANY’s written permission;

Access or use an Account or Virtual Items that have been sublicensed, rented, leased, sold, traded, gifted, bequeathed, or otherwise transferred from the original Account creator without COMPANY’s permission;

TLDR; Don't sell your account. Don't give your account away. Don't share your account.

Though they do for some reason let you share your account. Even though terms say you can't.

Violate any applicable law or regulation;

This just means ensure you are following your own governments/countries laws and regulations
