Specialist Roles

Specialists are a new type of role that can be given out by the Region Chief. You can have up to Three Specialists and selectively choose what permissions they have. Including;

Appoint Friends and Foes
Exclusive Title
Hand out Chief's Rewards
Select battle time for Lines we Cross
Activate Region Buffs
Send Region-Wide Notifications
