Specialists are a new type of role within the Coalition. You can have up to Three Specialists and selectively choose what permissions they have. Including;
- Appoint Friends and Foes
- Exclusive Title
- Hand out Chief's Rewards
- Select battle time for Lines we Cross
- Activate Region Buffs
- Send Region-Wide Notifications
